Get to Know our Clinical Staff

02/16/23

Over the coming months, we will be sharing glimpses behind the scenes to highlight the breadth and depth of our clinical staff, systems, and professional development opportunities. All are factors that contribute to providing outstanding care to the individuals we serve.

First, we'd like to introduce you to Kimberly Madar, MS, BCBA, LABA, May Institute’s Clinical Development Coordinator!

Kim supports May employees interested in continuing their education at all levels—undergraduate interns, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), BCBAs, psychology pre-doctoral interns, and post-doctoral fellows. She mentors our supervisors to ensure quality supervision and mutually beneficial supervisory relationships. Kim creates continuing education opportunities for our BCBAs and clinical psychologists. She also cultivates relationships with universities to offer May employees and their families affordable learning opportunities. Last but not least, Kim helps facilitate May’s expansive research efforts through her role as May’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrator.

“This is the perfect job for me. I love being able to support so many people as they continue on their professional journeys,” Kim shares.

The Clinical Development Coordinator role is just one of the many ways in which May prioritizes ongoing training and development opportunities for employees. Big thanks to Kim for her expertise and dedication to this role!
