Coping in a Violent World

07/8/16

We are living through violent times in a violent world. Whether the violence happens in our town or in another state or somewhere else in the world, it can affect us all. Adults, parents, children, adolescents, educators, caregivers, every member of our community – we all need help coping with the fear and anxiety caused by acts of terror, gun violence, and hatred.

May Institute is providing this information and resources for the individuals and families we serve, but also for everyone in our communities. We hope you will find some useful tips in the links below, and share this information with those in your own circles and communities. We are, after all, stronger together.
