Congratulations to McKenzie Paiva!

“I am 26 years old. I have been in the field for over 8 years, beginning my first job at an early intervention center my sophomore year of college. I studied education with a concentration in ABA at Endicott for my undergrad. For my masters, I studied ABA and also attained a minor in Organizational Behavior Management(OBM). In 2020, I suffered a tragic skiing accident that led me to be handicapped for several years and led me down a long road of surgeries and recovery, questioning if I would really ever even become a BCBA, which is what I had set my heart out to do in high school. Well... I finally did it, and that is all thanks to May Institute. Not only have I been able to cross off my long-awaited dreams, but in the process, I have been able to learn, grow, and impact excellence alongside my aMAYzing coworkers and students.”
