Celebrating staff is an important part of our May Center Schools. During May's Employee Appreciation month, our school in Randolph (MCR) did an aMAYzing job celebrating their staff.

"We wanted to find a way to show that we are all part of one big team working together - which is where the giant mural idea came into play. The mural features the names of every staff member in MCR - nearly 400 people!" Elise Mouneimneh explains. "The theme this year was 'Rain or Shine, we can count on you.'" Elise is the Administrative Assistant, for the Lower Campus in Randolph, Mass.

"Throughout the month, we treated our aMAYzing staff to special lunches and treats, small gifts and other tokens of appreciation. We also asked families to send in notes of appreciation, and as always, got a lot of really special messages about how much our staff really make a difference in their students' lives!"
