"Today, one of your landscapers was cleaning the yard of the house you own that is next to our house. He used his leaf blower to clean out the storm drains on the street between your house & ours. On behalf of the entire neighborhood, thank you. The drains get clogged easily & when it rains, we end up with a lake and, in the winter, a sheet of ice. Thank you (& him) again."
