Dana-Farber Bone Marrow Donor Drive at May Institute Randolph Site

A bone marrow donor drive with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute will be held on Friday, May 14 from 1 - 5 p.m. It will take place in the Training Room in the corporate headquarters building of our Randolph campus.

This drive has been organized in support of one of our staff, Todd Fournier. Todd is a long-time and much loved staff member at the Randolph May Center where he works as a job coach with our students. Todd has been battling cancer and is need of a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, he has not found a match among the 14 million people in the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) registry. Dana-Farber is a member of the NMDP, and they are helping us hold this drive to register new donors for the national registry.

If you are interested in joining the national registry, we invite you to visit May Institute’s Randolph Campus on the afternoon of May 14. The process will involve taking a cheek swab and filling out paperwork.

For information about the National Marrow Donor Program, guidelines about joining the registry, Frequently Asked Questions, and more, please visit www.dfci.org/nmdp or call Dana-Farber at 866.875.3324.

To easily get to the Training Room, please enter the building using Door #2 (around the back of the building). Parking is available in the lots in the front and back of the building. Once you enter Door #2, the Training Room is immediately on the left.
