Meet Jane Shamaly
I’ve been leading Talent Acquisition Teams, HR Systems Teams and Learning and Development Teams for most of my career. I’ve spent the bulk of my career working for Fortune 300 companies and have had opportunities to staff major environmental clean-up efforts, as well as major food distribution warehouse openings. I’m thrilled to be able to bring my experiences to May Institute in order to help hire caring and compassionate team members. Our staff do the most aMAYzing work; assisting individuals lead the fullest, most independent lives that they can.

I have been with the Talent Acquisition Team at May Institute since 2017. Prior to working at the May, I started my career working in Human Resources and Recruiting for nonprofits and healthcare firms. I currently recruit for Adult Services – Eastern Mass and my past experience recruiting for children’s services, home-school-center based, and HR at May Institute has helped develop me into a well-rounded senior recruiter. I am currently in school for my Masters in Human Resource Management and hope to further grow my career in this field with May Institute. During conferences and job fairs, I enjoy creating posts for May Institute’s social media pages and in my free time I enjoy traveling and eating ice-cream.
Meet Matt Foley
Hi everyone, my name is Matt and I’m the junior talent acquisition specialist on the May Institute recruiting team! My career at the May began at the Randolph school where I was a summer intern. I learned a lot about the school and the field during my internship and now recruit people to provide the best possible teaching and care for children at the May. My main responsibilities are hiring for the Randolph Residences and Brockton Traumatic Brain Injury School and Residences. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cat, traveling, and watching TV shows like Desperate Housewives.
