Meet Okechukwu (Moses) Nworie
Talent Aquisition Specialist

I started working at May Institute five years ago, first as Direct Support Professional, and I still support the residential program by picking up shifts. I was promoted to the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team to use my experience as a direct support professional in recruiting potential talent like myself into the field. I have realized that working with this spectrum of individuals is self-rewarding, as I get to see them achieve their goals and integrate into society at large.

My responsibility at May Institute is solely in talent acquisition, nurturing, developing, and integrating potential candidates into our programs. I oversee recruiting in our southeastern Massachusetts off cape Division.
