Russell Berger, M.A.
Executive Director, May Center for Adult Services, Orange Park, Fla.


Prior to joining May Institute, Russell worked in the human services field for more than 20 years, serving individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in a variety of managerial and director roles, as well as work as an applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapist. He began his career working with men and women with Alzheimer’s disease.

In his present position, Russell provides operational oversight of the residential and adult day training center to May’s Florida Division for children and adults with developmental disabilities and intensive behavior.

Russell earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his master’s degree in School Psychology from Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J., where he later served as an adjunct instructor in the Psychology department.
