Natalie serves as the Director of Healthcare Services for May Institute’s Adult Services Division in Eastern Massachusetts. In this role, she oversees the care of nearly 200 individuals with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities across more than 30 residential homes and two day habilitation programs.
Bringing 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Natalie's background spans pediatric complex care, community residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and senior living care. Most recently, Natalie held the position of Corporate Director of Care for a large senior living company, focusing on the implementation of care standards and service delivery models throughout northern New England.
