Minto Kamruzzaman, M.S.M.
Director of Day Habilitative Services Revere, Mass.


Minto began his career at May Institute in 2002 as a job development coach with our vocational program. In this role, he helped individuals obtain jobs in the community and learn how to become successful in those jobs. He later became Assistant Program Manager at May Institute’s Day Habilitation Center in Revere, Mass., where he built strong relationships with the individuals in his care as well as their guardians and parents, and his fellow staff members.

In 2011, Minto earned a Master of Science degree in Management and Human Resources. He then transitioned into his next role house as a Program Coordinator for a May Institute group home in Eastern Massachusetts. In this position, he coordinated the care of medically compromised individuals and supervised a large group home staff.

In his present role of Director of Day Habilitation Services at the Revere Day Habilitation Center, Minto oversees the program, continuing to promote positive relationships with direct care staff and the individuals they serve.
