Melissa joined May Institute in 2007 as a Teacher Assistant at the May Center School in Randolph. She became a Senior Teacher in 2008, and an Educational Administrator in 2015. In 2023, she was promoted to the position of Director of Education.
She has extensive experience in education administration and overseeing educational programming for her students, and a strong commitment to the vision of the May Center School.
Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree of Science from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, and a master’s degree in Severe Special Education from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. She is professionally licensed as a special education teacher in Massachusetts.
