Kelsey Baron, M.A., LABA, BCBA
Program Director, May Center for ABA Services, Randolph, Mass.


Kelsey joined May Institute in 2020 and served as the Assistant Program Director for ABA Services in Jacksonville, N.C., before relocating to Randolph as the Program Director in 2023. She has more than five years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts., Kelsey earned a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of North Carolina (UNC) Wilmington. Prior to joining May Institute, she completed her practicum in the pediatric feeding clinic at UNC Wilmington in 2017. Kelsey also completed an intensive internship for behavior analyst certification and licensing as Psychological Associate in North Carolina by providing in-home and center-based behavioral services in Raleigh.

As Program Director at the Randolph Center, she coordinates hiring, and training of new staff, reviewing treatment plans, scheduling, and bi-weekly clinical meetings. In a behavior analytic role, Kelsey is responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, BCBA and BCABA candidates, conducting functional assessments, writing treatment plans, analyzing data, and conducting parent training.
