Jill Davis
Director of Day Habilitative Services, Raynham, Mass.


Jill began her career in Human Services in 2006 first as a Vocational Coach, and later as a House Manager serving individuals with social and emotional concerns as well as intellectual disabilities

She joined May Institute in 2008 as a Residential Program Coordinator within May’s Revere Division. Between 2008 and 2016, Jill held several different positions in the Revere Division, including Assistant Program Coordinator of the Day Habilitation Program, Residential Program Coordinator, Assistant Director of Day Services, and Assistant Residential Director. During that time, she served as a Red Cross Trainer, training staff in CPR, First Aid, and AED usage. Jill also served as a trainer for QBS/ Safety Care, training staff in crisis prevention and management, and as a Human Rights Officer through the Commonwealth’s Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

Jill left May Institute in 2016 for several years to further enrich her experience and depth of knowledge in the field. During that time, she was employed as a Service Coordinator for the DDS and specialized in working with individuals who had chosen to self-direct their services as well as individuals on the autism spectrum, many of whom were also in transition to Adult Services. Jill also worked as a Coordinator of Day Services, and later as a Director of Residential Services, for human service agencies throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Jill returned to May Institute in June of 2023, taking on her current role as Director of Day Services of the Raynham Program. Since that time, she has focused on creating and building a strong management and staffing team, creating person-centered goals and curriculum for the individuals served, increasing engagement in fun and novel on-site activities, and increasing community involvement for the folks who attend the Raynham Program.
