Chloe Keller
Director of Day Habilitative Services, Mashpee, Mass.


Chloe joined May Institute in 2013 as a Direct Service Provider at May’s day habilitation program in Mashpee. She took on the role of Development Specialist after just six months, and in 2014, was promoted to Service Manager. In 2024, she became the Director of Day Habilitative Services.

Earlier in her career, Chloe worked at Latham Centers on Cape Cod, where she obtained a strong foundation and the necessary skillset for working with individuals with special needs.

In her current position, Chloe manages the day-to-day activities of the day program. She is responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff members. Chloe oversees programs and activities to ensure the individuals served are meaningfully engaged and cared for with dignity and respect. She works with the clinical, nursing, and residential teams to address any concerns. In addition, Chloe monitors compliance with laws and regulations, and reports to the MassHealth agency and other involved agencies.

Chloe is a passionate practitioner of and advocate for applied behavior analysis (ABA), the application of principles of learning to achieve meaningful outcomes. She describes ABA as personalized services centered on individual needs. “ABA is not just for people with autism,” she says. “It can be applied to all aspects of life. I believe at the May, we do it best.”
