Charlotte Kerwin, PhD, BCBA, LABA

Dr. Charlotte Kerwin received her PhD in behavior analysis from Western New England University. She is a Clinical Director at the May School, Chicopee, where she practices as a board-certified behavior analyst, providing clinical leadership and oversight for students with autism and developmental disabilities. Prior to joining May Institute, Dr. Kerwin received her clinical training at the New England Center for Children, where she provided clinical support to individuals who engaged in severe and treatment-resistant challenging behavior.

Her research and practice interests include providing meaningful behavior analytic supervision, embedding behavior-analytic research into clinical practice, and developing meaningful skills that promote independence and quality of life across the lifespan.
