Charlotte Kerwin, M.S., LABA, BCBA
Clinical Director, May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, Chicopee, Mass.


Charlotte joined May Institute in 2022 as a Behavior Analyst in the May Center for ABA Services in Western Massachusetts. She was promoted to the Clinical Director role at the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Chicopee, Mass., in 2023.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Severe Disabilities from Bridgewater State University, and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University.

Prior to joining the team at May Institute, Charlotte worked for several years at the New England Center for Children in Southborough, Mass., where she led a team providing support and clinical oversight to children who engaged in severe and treatment-resistant forms of challenging behavior.  
 
Charlotte is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, as well as a member of the Association of Behavior Analysts International and the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy.
