Ms. Campbell joined our team in January 2023. As Human Resources (HR) Generalist, Ms. Campbell supports our employees in a number of important ways. She oversees The Bay School’s recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes; payroll, benefits, and leaves; and administration of human resources policies and practices. She has a rich background of experience in HR in the nonprofit sector and—with a degree in psychology—has a special understanding of our school's mission, vision, and values.
