Abigail Rix, M.A., BCBA, LABA
Senior Program Director, May Center for ABA Services and May Center for Early Intervention, West Springfield, Mass.


Abigail joined May Institute in 2022 as a Behavior Analyst at the May Center for ABA Services in West Springfield, Mass. She was promoted to Program Director later that year, and is currently the Senior Program Director for both the May Center for ABA Services and the May Center for Early Intervention in Western Massachusetts.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), Abigail has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for nearly 10 years. She has been working with children both with and without developmental disabilities for over 10 years.

Abigail earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from Colby-Sawyer College. She then earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a graduate certificate in Autism from Ball State University.

Prior to joining May Institute, Abigail worked as a Behavior Analyst and then Clinical Assessor at Autism Learning Partners where she conducted initial skill and behavioral assessments for individuals aged 3-18 and created initial treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers and individuals served.
