Employee Spotlight Award Winner, Summer 2016
Vice President of Clinical Services for the Educational Services Division, Randolph, Mass.

Nathan Lambright began his career in July, 2013 as a Clinical Director at the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph, Mass. He very quickly made a positive impact on the program by helping to develop key clinical programs and processes. Based on his work ethic, expertise, and commitment to the individuals served and the employees who serve them, Nathan was soon promoted to Senior Clinical Director, and most recently in May, 2015, to Vice President of Clinical Services for the Educational Services Division.

In his new capacity, Nathan works with clinical staff and leaders from the schools to support the standardization of best practices and effective programming for the individuals we serve. He also serves as a faculty member and clinical supervisor in our APA-accredited internship program. Additionally, Nathan works on many agency-wide initiatives including, but not limited to, behavior support policies, high-risk and peer review, internal data analysis system, and positive behavior interventions and supports. He also finds time to serve as a mentor through the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Nathan’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. His colleagues describe him as “smart, engaging, and dependable,” and his nominator was quoted as saying “we are so fortunate to have Nathan as a clinical leader. We highly value the contributions he makes on a daily basis.”

When asked what he likes most about his current role, Nathan said, “…getting to see the varied ways in which our schools implement effective and compassionate interventions.  All of our schools have different personalities and systems, but the same underlying mission and use of the same principles.  I am honored to be a member of these teams.”
