The Employee Recognition & Appreciation committee congratulates Kaihlan Williams for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in the Autumn of 2023! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization. 

Nomination:

Kaihlan is one of those therapists that you can tell really cares about the children she works with. She is very observant and mindful about her work with each one. She spends time to understand them and discover what activities or items are motivating. She is reliable and will cover sessions when she is available. She’s quick to learn other cases when she covers sessions. Kaihlan gives meaningful feedback regarding continued treatment for children. She is also a team player and will help with other needs at the center. All of Kaylan‘s clients run up to her, and every parent comments on this, as it is very comforting to them. Kaihlan is the prime example of what an RBT should be, as she is caring, compassionate, and dependable.

“I am very honored to be nominated and receive this award.  I love working at the May with my amazing coworkers and, of course, the fantastic kiddos!  The highest privilege is getting to work with my clients every day and see them grow and learn firsthand.  Thank you so much!”
