The Employee Recognition & Appreciation committee congratulates Andrea Phaneuf for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in 2018! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization. 

From Andrea’s nominations: Andrea is an amazing resource for the consultants and families, handling numerous questions and requests with patience and kindness. She works diligently to ensure the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) team has the materials they need to perform their job. Andrea multitasks and handles her various responsibilities in an efficient and professional manner. She treats everyone with respect and gives them her full attention even when she is busy.

“I need ink. Where do I return used ink cartridges? I need mileage forms. I need advice about time sheets. Insurance! How does that work again? Uh, a flash drive, can that be approved through IT? I lost my May ID, who does that? Lunch for the staff meeting? Lunch for the staff training? Lunch for the staff party? Cost center codes? Who does what in Randolph? Where can I get a new binder? I could use a new yearly calendar. Do you have any expense forms? Where are CBHI flyers? Etc., etc., etc.

I don’t have answers for any of these questions. But Andrea does.”
