Tobey Duble

School Behavioral Consultant, Assistant Program Director
Boston Public Schools Contract
Randolph, Massachusetts

The Employee Recognition & Appreciation committee congratulates Tobey Duble for being selected for an Employee Spotlight Award in 2019! The award recognizes the exceptional contributions of May employees. Winners are nominated by their colleagues, managers, and supervisors from across the organization.

From Tobey's nomination: I am nominating Tobey Duble for her work in the Boston Public Schools (BPS) system. Tobey has demonstrated exemplary clinical skills that have “wow’ed” school staff, school administrators, students, families, her colleagues, and her supervisors at May Institute. In BPS, we pride ourselves on clinical flexibility and incorporating clients’ cultural, racial, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds into our practices. Tobey exemplifies this and provides individualized, culturally-responsive supports to the students on her caseload – efficiently and effectively.

She provides supervision to Direct Therapists and, for one therapist, has helped him receive his RBT. Beyond her clinical skills, she is consistently professional and kind toward the people she encounters in the field and at May Institute. Tobey is an exemplary employee and is a perfect example of an employee who provides May Institute quality services!

“I am so honored to be chosen for the Employee Spotlight Award. Being at May Institute has given me opportunities to work with an inspiring, talented, and knowledgeable group of people and I learn from them every day.  I consider myself so lucky to be a part of a team that works hard to improve the lives of our students in so many different ways. I look forward to continuing to grow in such a supportive and inspirational environment.” —Tobey
