Graduation Does Not Mean the end of Relationships

07/11/22

Graduation for some students does not mark the end of meaningful relationships with teachers and therapists. Here Gage returns to the campus for his class's graduation ceremony and stops in the hall to have a joyful reunion with Jennifer M. Mento, MSPT, MBA, CBIS, Director of Rehabilitation and Health Services.

Jennifer and Gage worked for years on his rehab, and she mentored him so that he could learn to work with younger students on their own rehab. Once he was well on his way to his physical recovery, Gage became a role model to many other students about what was possible with focused and consistent hard work and patience. And Gage knows as he goes forward in his life that he is always welcome back and can call with questions and to receive support. Congrats, Gage! #MayCenterSchool #BrainInjury#NeurobehavioralDisorders
