Nomination:
Ty works with staff across every school and center in the company to provide support for the use of Central Reach, a platform that is vital to the success of the individuals we serve. Ty works tirelessly to accommodate the individual needs of students, staff and programs. He is enthusiastic and willing to make changes even when they are tedious or redundant, and always appears happy to do so. He is an excellent trainer, and makes staff feel like they can reach out to him no matter what their position. I cannot express enough how vital Ty's role is to our students' success, and how much he is appreciated by all of us."

"I can't thank the ERA committee enough, I'm truly honored and humbled to have been nominated. I'm fortunate in that I collaborate with May Institute employees across every division and every level, so I get a bird's eye view of the people who make up May Institute. Seeing the dedication, the passion, and the close-knit community between colleagues makes me proud to say May Institute is my home. Working alongside all of you is an incredible privilege, and I don't take that for granted. You have been instrumental in my development as a professional and as a student of behavior analysis/OBM, and I am forever grateful for being able to learn so much from you.
