May Institute Names Luis Caicedo Vice President of Talent Management

Randolph, Mass. – Luis Caicedo has been named Vice President of Talent Management for May Institute, a national nonprofit organization that provides services across the lifespan for autistic individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury and neurological disorders, and other special needs.

In his new position, Mr. Caicedo oversees and implements programs that impact talent acquisition for the organization, including onboarding, training and development, employee performance management, and employee engagement and retention initiatives. He provides leadership and guidance for all May locations, collaborating with each program’s management team to address individual priorities.

Mr. Caicedo has more than 20 years of experience focused on customer service and talent management at both the Hotel Ritz Carlton and Trumpet Behavioral Health. His areas of expertise include international leadership, anticipatory service, guest/client relations, and talent empowerment strategies.
