Randolph, Mass. – Carolyn A. Wiesenhahn, JD, has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for May Institute, a national nonprofit organization that serves autistic individuals and individuals with other developmental disabilities, brain injury, neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs across the lifespan.
In her new position, Ms. Wiesenhahn will oversee May Institute’s Talent Management, People Operations, and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) teams.

Solotar, Ph.D., ABPP, President and Chief Executive Officer of May Institute. “Our organization will benefit greatly from her extensive experience in human resources, employment and labor law, and strategic planning. She will provide excellent leadership to attract, develop, and retain a highly skilled, caring, and diverse workforce as we continue to expand services across the country.”
Prior to joining May Institute, Ms. Wiesenhahn was Chief People Officer at CDW Corporation, a Fortune 160 company that provides technology products and services for business, government, and education.
Her previous experience also includes more than 16 years with CVS Health Corporation where she held several positions before becoming the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for HR for CVS Caremark, Aetna International, and Enterprise Strategy. Collectively, she oversaw human resources for approximately 40,000 employees. In addition, she served as CVS Health’s Acting Chief Diversity Officer.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Wiesenhahn was an Associate with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC, a full-service law firm with 600 attorneys worldwide.
Ms. Wiesenhahn earned a Juris Doctorate at the Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English Literature at Miami University in Ohio. She is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
