May Institute Honors Twelve Employees with Prestigious Exceptional Service Awards

Randolph, Mass.— Twelve May Institute employees received the organization’s highest honor during a recent ceremony at the corporate headquarters in Randolph. Presented annually by May’s Board of Directors, the Exceptional Service Awards recognize a select group of employees who are nominated by their peers and supervisors for their outstanding contributions. The award celebrates individuals whose dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the mission exemplify the highest standards of excellence and the spirit of service that defines May Institute.

May Institute employs over 2,000 staff and is a national leader in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based interdisciplinary care for autistic individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, and neurobehavioral disorders. The organization delivers comprehensive educational, clinical, and habilitative services across the lifespan, supporting individuals at every stage of development. Services are provided in natural settings, including homes, schools, and communities, and are individualized to meet each person’s unique strengths, needs, and preferences.
