Intensive Summer Program Open for Young Children with ASD!


Summer Early Childhood Services (a center-based day program in Randolph, Mass.)

The May Center for Early Childhood Services in Randolph, Mass., is offering an intensive summer program for young children, ages 3 – 7, with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Children will receive one-on-one instruction based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which has been shown through hundreds of scientific studies to be the most effective method to teach children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

  • Length of Program: 1:30 – 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Weeks of Sessions: July 10 – August 25, 2017

Instruction is individualized and based on each child’s assessment and treatment objectives. In addition to time devoted to discrete trial instruction, focus will be on teaching social and play skills. Opportunities to interact with peer models also may be provided as appropriate to help further promote social interaction.

The Center has been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and received a license from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Services are funded through families’ insurance plans.
