Randolph, Mass. – Enfield, Conn., resident Sarah Enright, Program Coordinator at the May Center for ABA Services and Early Intervention Program in Western Massachusetts, received an Exceptional Service Award from May Institute’s Board of Directors. The award is given annually to a select group of employees who are nominated by their peers and supervisors. The 10 recipients of the 2022 awards were recently honored during a ceremony at the organization’s corporate headquarters in Randolph.
May Institute is a national nonprofit organization that provides educational, rehabilitative, and behavioral healthcare services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, brain injury and neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. May Institute employs approximately 2,000 staff across the country.
The Exceptional Service Award is the highest honor given to an employee by the organization. It was created to recognize the exceptional contributions of staff members who epitomize the organization’s ideals of service and professionalism.
“Sarah is an outstanding employee and very deserving of an Exceptional Service Award,” said Lauren C. Solotar, Ph.D., ABPP, President and CEO of May Institute. “According to one of her colleagues, ‘Sarah is one of the first people families speak to after receiving an autism diagnosis. While they are navigating this new reality, she is there with her friendly personality as she helps them by answering any questions they have and setting up appropriate services.’”
