HUB International New England Charity Golf Tournament Benefits May Institute

Randolph, Mass. - Representatives from HUB International New England, LLC, a branch of one of North America’s leading insurance brokerage firms, recently presented members of May Institute’s senior leadership team with a gift of $12,000 to support the Institute’s programs and services for individuals with autism and other special needs.
 
The contribution was raised during HUB International’s 17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, held at the Andover Country Club, in Andover, Mass. The event attracted 127 golfers and 22 guests, and benefited two organizations – May Institute and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.
 
According to May Institute’s Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, Susan Closter-Godoy, the donation will be used to support the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph, Mass., and other initiatives.
 
“We are grateful to receive this gift from an outstanding corporate partner,” said Closter-Godoy. “We rely on the generosity of philanthropic-minded business organizations like HUB International New England to help us provide the high quality, essential services for individuals with special needs across the lifespan. This gift will support a new technology access project for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder.”
