May Institute Honors Stephen Peck of United Benefit Services

Randolph, Mass. — May Institute, a national network of educational, rehabilitative, and behavioral healthcare services, recently presented Stephen H. Peck, Managing Partner of United Benefit Services (UBS), with the Institute’s first annual Philanthropy in Business Award in recognition of Peck’s exceptional commitment to the Institute.

“This award honors an esteemed business partner who demonstrates exemplary leadership and a strong commitment to May Institute,” said Dennis Russo, Ph.D., ABBP, Chief Clinical Officer, who presented the award. “Stephen Peck has been a two-time corporate sponsor of the Rodman Ride for Kids, one of the Institute’s largest fundraising events. He is also a generous supporter of the National Autism Center, whose initial development was sponsored by May Institute.” 

Throughout his successful business career, Mr. Peck has been supportive of dozens of local non-profits, serving on the board of several of them. He has become a lead corporate sponsor of May Institute, and his participation in the Rodman Ride for Kids has helped the Institute raise over $200,000 for children’s services in New England.

“I am deeply honored by May Institute’s recognition of my efforts which pale besides the tremendous amount of support that their staff brings to a large community of residents not only in Massachusetts but across the country,” said Stephen Peck. “I will continue to advocate for their services and to support this richly deserving organization to the best of my abilities.”

The Rodman Ride is one of the country’s largest single-day bike events benefiting children and families. Since 1991, it has raised over $37 million for child-related social services in Massachusetts. May Institute has been a participating beneficiary for the past two years.
