Carol Molina Named Senior Vice President of Business Development at May Institute

Randolph, Mass. — Carol Molina, M.B.A., has joined May Institute as Senior Vice President of Business Development. May Institute is a national network of programs and services for individuals across the lifespan with a broad range of special needs.
 
In her new role, Ms. Molina is responsible for expanding the breadth and depth of services at May Institute by increasing the organization’s core service base and bringing in new lines of business. She will play a key role in strategic planning, and create and implement May Institute’s annual strategic marketing plan.
 
“Carol comes to us with more than 25 years of brand marketing, business development, and strategic planning experience,” said Ralph B. Sperry, Ph.D., ABPP, May Institute’s Chief Operating Officer. “As a vital member of our executive leadership team, she will identify, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to help us meet the national demand for high quality services for individuals with autism and other special needs.”
 
Prior to joining May Institute, Ms. Molina was Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategy for Partylite Worldwide, Inc. She has also held executive-level marketing, business development, and brand management positions at The First Years, Inc., Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., and PepsiCo, Inc.
 
Ms. Molina received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College, and her master’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
 
She is a member of The Boston Club, one of the largest communities of women executives and professional leaders in the Northeast. In addition, she participates in Babson College’s Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, and Boston College’s Connections Mentoring Program.
