We recently celebrated five incredible May Institute employees who completed either a psychology predoctoral internship or postdoctoral fellowship this year in programs led by Chief Clinical Officer Jennifer Zarcone, Ph.D., BCBA-D. Three interns and two postdoctoral fellows participated, providing clinical consultation and support to the adults and children in several May programs and centers.
We are delighted that both postdoctoral fellows are remaining at May as full-time employees! Dr. Lauren Meyers is now Clinical Director of the May Center for Adult Services, Cape Cod and Southeastern Mass., and Dr. Karie DePaolo serves as the Assistant Director of the National Autism Center at May Institute.
“This year, we had five outstanding trainees that have given their time and expertise to our programs, and for that we are eternally grateful!” says Dr. Zarcone. “I am confident that they will go on to become great leaders in our field.”
We wish our interns good luck as they move on to the next steps in their careers, whether that be starting a postdoctoral program or a position at another university.
