James (Jay) Livingstone. They serve as Co-Chairs of the Joint Committee for Children, Families, and Persons with Disabilities in the Commonwealth of Mass. We were also happy to welcome Lisa Rosenfeld, Counsel on the Joint Committee;
Audrey Herrmann, Research Director for the Joint Committee; Bryan Bates, Legislative Director, Massachusetts State Senate; Cassidy Trabiley, Staff Director to State Representative Jay Livingstone; and
