We are proud of our Journey to aMAYzing Manager (JaMM) training program, which helps direct support professionals gain the knowledge and skills to become managers.

Our in-house training program, Journey to A-MAY-zing Manager, prepares current and potential managers for success in a Program Manager position. JaMM's comprehensive nine-week program combines classroom training with practical, on-the-job skill application, equipping our staff with a broad range of foundational skills essential for thriving as successful managers within May programs.
