West Springfield | May Center for Adult Services (Residential Programs)

The May Center for Adult Services provides residential services to adults with developmental disabilities living in western Massachusetts. We offer a variety of residential models and services, provided within the community.

Residential Living

  • Models include: semi-independent apartments (5-30 hours per week of staff presence per resident); small group homes for 2-4 individuals (24-hour supervision with either awake or asleep overnight staff); consumer-leased apartments with live-in staff; specialized home care arrangements where an adult consumer lives in the family's home
  • Services include: Individualized healthcare, psychiatric consultation, behavioral intervention, skill development, community integration, and recreation activities
