Join us for this workshop, Staff Training and Performance Management, that is part of our continuing education seminar series focusing on educational and behavior support applications. Conducted by May Institute professionals, the seminars will address practice standards, evidence-based methods, and research translation.

Presenter: James K. Luiselli, Ed.D., ABPP, BCBA-D

Description: This seminar addresses best practices for training direct-care staff and managing performance within educational, human services, and behavioral healthcare settings. Didactic, simulated, and in vivo training modalities will be considered. The focus of performance management will be on intervention integrity assessment and various procedures for providing staff feedback. The seminar will include numerous research examples and empirical demonstrations of effective methods.
