Description: Parents of children with autism spectrum disorders experience high levels of stress that can have negative impacts on their mental well-being, physical health, and ability to parent most effectively. In this workshop you will learn about the importance of self-care and specific stress management techniques you can begin to implement immediately!
Time: Presentations begin at 6:30 p.m. A typical evening will include a one-hour presentation, 30 minutes for questions and answers with the speaker, and time for networking opportunities.
