Join us for this workshop that is part of our intermediate to advanced-level workshop series for human services and behavioral healthcare professionals working in clinical, educational, medical, and rehabilitation settings.

Instructor: Stephen Sheinkopf, Ph.D.

Event Description: In this seminar, recent research on biomarkers of risk for ASD in infancy will be reviewed, as will recent and ongoing work on physiologic and neurobehavioral indicators of risk for ASD. The program will also include a review of the potential use of physiologic biomarkers as candidate surrogate outcomes for clinical trials in ASD. The challenges related to this work will be discussed, as will potential ethical implications.

Fee: $30 for guests; May Institute employees may attend free-of-charge.
