Thomas J. Stanton, M.S.
Senior Vice President, May Center for Adult Services, Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts


Thomas Stanton, M.S., oversees residential and day services for more than 100 women and men with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, brain injury, and behavioral disorders across Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. May Institute offers residential services in 17 locations on Cape Cod, and 11 locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and the South Shore. Day habilitation services are provided in Mashpee and Raynham, Mass.


Before taking on his present responsibilities, Mr. Stanton served as Vice President of the May Center for Adult Services in Western Massachusetts for 18 years. Prior to joining May Institute, he was Director of Learning Center School and Residences for the Protestant Guild for Human Services in Waltham, Mass. He was also the former Director of Residential Services at Sunshine Village, Inc., in Chicopee, Mass. 

Mr. Stanton earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Westfield State University, and a master’s degree in Management Science from Lesley University.
