Stephanie Iwanciow, M.Ed., BCBA
Behavior Analyst, The Bay School, a May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities

Stephanie Iwanciow joined The Bay School team in 2003 as an instructor, and has since held many roles, including Senior Instructor, Special Education Teacher of Transition Classroom 2, and Clinical Coordinator.

In her current role of Behavior Analyst, she is responsible for conducting assessments, designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment procedures for individuals served at The Bay School.

Ms. Iwanciow graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in Community Studies, with an emphasis in Sexuality Education and HIV Prevention. She earned a Master of Education degree from California State Monterey. For her capstone project, she created a curriculum guide for teaching independent living skills for individuals on the autism spectrum. Ms. Iwanciow also holds a moderate/severe special education credential.

She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA).
