Renata Ivnitskaya, RN, BSN

Director of Healthcare Services, May Center for Adult Services, Eastern Massachusetts


Renata joined May Institute in March 2025 and currently serves as the Nursing Director of Healthcare Services, leading clinical operations across 36 residential group homes and three day habilitation programs throughout Eastern Massachusetts. In this role, she champions high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with complex medical and developmental needs, ensuring that every program is guided by clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity.

A seasoned nursing leader with a depth of experience in disability services, Renata designs and delivers targeted clinical training, strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration, and serves as a key liaison between programs, families, and external providers. Her leadership helps drive system-wide improvements in health outcomes, staff performance, and service coordination.

Renata earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Simmons University in 2013 and has since dedicated her career to advancing equity in healthcare access for underserved populations. Her professional interests include building sustainable clinical workforce models, improving regulatory preparedness, leading complex care delivery in residential settings, and developing innovative nursing-led solutions in community-based services.

Renata is driven by the belief that every individual, regardless of medical complexity, deserves access to compassionate, competent, and empowering care in the community they call home.
