Director of Clinical Services, Eastern Massachusetts, Adult Services
In her role as Director of Clinical Services, Michelle spearheads Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for autistic adults and adults with intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injury across the North Shore and Revere, Mass. Michelle works closely with the Assistant Clinical Director to offer support to staff members through training, supervision, and evaluation.
Michelle joined May Institute in April of 2006 as Assistant Director of Clinical Services for Adult Services in Eastern Mass. From November 2007 until August of 2013, she was the Director of Day Services at the Revere Day Habilitation program, and from September 2013 until February of 2023, she was the Assistant Director of Clinical Services before being named Director.
Michelle earned a Master’s in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
