Ms. Noland is the Director of Education at The Bay School (TBS) in Santa Cruz, Calif. The Bay School is a state-certified nonpublic, nonprofit school serving children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities, ages 5 through 21. It is one of May Institute’s four May Center Schools for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
Ms. Noland joined The Bay School team in 2003, and has held numerous positions within the organization, including Instructor, Senior Instructor, and Special Education Teacher. She became the Director of Education in 2010. In her current position she trains, supports, and mentors a team of Special Education Teachers; develops, implements, and evaluates school policies to continuously improve program effectiveness; and oversees all educational programming and clinical services.
Ms. Noland graduated from California State Monterey with a Master of Education degree. She completed her BCBA coursework through the University of North Texas, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and has a moderate/severe special education credential.
Ms. Noland is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA), Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), and the Association for Behavior Analysis.
