Justin Redden

Senior Vice President, Information Technology


As May Institute’s Senior Vice President of Information Technology (IT), Justin Redden oversees all aspects of our IT systems and application management. In this role, he provides leadership to the department and develops the long-term IT roadmap ensuring system security and durabilit

Justin’s IT career spans over 20 years and includes leadership roles in the nonprofit and private sectors. He is passionate about creating collaborative environments where technology enhances people’s day-to-day tasks.   

Prior to joining May Institute, Justin was a member of the vCIO team with Thrive NextGen, a global leader in the managed security and services provider space. In this role, he provided high-level technical consulting to a wide variety of clients across the finance, professional services, and healthcare space. 

His previous experience also includes roles with OunceIT, a managed services provider focused on the education and nonprofit market, as well as serving as the Director of IT for Bancroft School in Worcester, Mass.  

Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Framingham State University in Framingham Mass.
