Jennifer M. Mento, MSPT, MBA, CBIS

Ms. Mento is the Director of Rehabilitation and Health Services and oversees occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language pathology at the May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders. A graduate of Boston University, Ms. Mento holds a master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Master of Business Administration [MBA] degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She is also certified as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist [CBIS] through The Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists (ACBIS).

Ms. Mento has 17 years of experience as a physical therapist, focusing on pediatrics in both public and private school settings. She has worked exclusively in the field of neurorehabilitation for children and adolescents with brain injuries for the past 14 years, and has consulted with school teachers and families on brain injury rehabilitation. Ms. Mento has focused extensively on treating balance and coordination disorders, mobility difficulties, and muscle tone impairments.
