Jennifer Derderian, M.S., M.Ed., LABA, BCBA
Clinical Director, May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders

Ms. Derderian oversees clinical services at the May Center for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders.  She has worked at the Institute for more than 12 years and served as our Senior Behavior Specialist prior to her current role of Clinical Director.

In addition to receiving a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University, Jennifer also earned a second master’s degree in Education. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009, and is currently licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a special education teacher.

Jennifer’s interests include: the assessment and reduction of maladaptive behaviors; treatment integrity; staff training; and developing new ways to assess preference and evaluate the effectiveness of potential reinforcers for children and adolescents with brain injury.
