Jenna Garvey, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA
Executive Director, May School | West Springfield, Mass.

Jenna began her career with the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in West Springfield in 2010 as an instructor. Her deep commitment to our students and her exceptional clinical and educational expertise quickly distinguished her as a leader. She advanced to Lead Teacher, then to Coordinator of Clinical and Educational Services, and in 2018 was promoted to Clinical Director.
When May Institute opened its new school in Chicopee in 2022, Jenna became its inaugural Clinical Director, helping to build and guide the program from the ground up. During her tenure at May Institute, Jenna has been consistently recognized for her dedication and excellence, including receiving a May Institute Employee Spotlight Award and a Trustees’ Fund Award.
Jenna holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Smith College and a master's degree in special education, along with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Westfield State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, and a Licensed Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (pre-K–age 8 and ages 5–12). She is also an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysts International and the Berkshire Association of Applied Behavior Analysts.
