Erica R. Kearney, M.A., LABA, BCBA
Executive Director, May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, Chicopee, Mass.


Mrs. Kearney has worked with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities for nearly 20 years. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and is a member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
 
Prior to becoming the Executive Director of the May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Chicopee, Mrs. Kearney was the Executive Director for our school in West Springfield. 
 
She currently works with area colleges and universities, supervising professionals preparing to become board certified in ABA. She also serves on the Springfield College Career Center Advisory Board.
 
Mrs. Kearney writes columns about ASD and ABA for The West Springfield Republican newspaper. These columns are also posted in the Topic Center of May Institute’s website.
