Eric Lunden
Vice President, May Center for Adult Services, Western Massachusetts


Eric Lunden oversees services provided to men and women with intellectual disabilities at one day service program and 16 residential programs in Western Massachusetts.
 
A May Institute employee for more than 20 years, Mr. Lunden began his career as a house manager working directly with individuals in our care. He was a Quality Improvement Coordinator for more than 10 years, and actively involved in the agency’s accreditation teams. Mr. Lunden has also served as both a workplace safety trainer and a non-violent crisis intervention trainer for May Institute. Before being promoted to his present position, he was Assistant Director of Operations for Adult Services in Western Massachusetts.
 
Prior to working at the May Center, he was a residential house manager for Goodwill Industries in Springfield, Mass.
 
An active member of  his hometown community in Agawam, Mass., he is a baseball and basketball coach, and a longtime volunteer in the local school system.
