Christina Hardy, Ph.D., LP, BCBA-D

Christina Hardy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and Licensed Psychologist (LP) under the North Carolina Psychology Board. Christina graduated with a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013, and also graduated with a Master of Arts in General Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in 2008. Christina has more than 10 years of experience working with children as “at-risk” and children identified with specific disorders (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc.).

She now serves as the Senior Program Director for the May Center for ABA Services in Jacksonville, N.C. She provides direct intervention services to children along with supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and also specializes in providing school consultation services including conducting functional behavior assessments, conducting social skill assessments, developing individualized behavior support plans for students, developing class-wide positive behavior support plans, and developing school-wide positive behavior support plans.

In addition to maintaining her role as a Behavior Analyst in a reduced capacity, she is now responsible for providing supervision to master’s level clinicians, reviewing all client treatment plans, and assisting with scheduling, ongoing monthly clinical staff trainings, and coordinating hiring and training of new staff.
